Turtle Shell Armbands

Can be sold as a pair or individually; Two old ceremonial upper arm bands . Made from turtle shell with pointed ends and a decoration in the middle section of nassa shells onto tightly woven bush twine.

These armbands are used especially during tribal village sing-sing celebrations when they are worn on the upper arm with special, decorated leaves inserted between the armband the skin.
